The charcoal drawings are 11 x 14 with a 16 x 20 frame and mat. Framing is included. You can choose from a light to dark wood, or black frame. Please remember, the drawing will only be as clear and detailed as the photograph. For best results, photographs should be clear and close up. Drawings take about two weeks for completion (rush orders are available). To start the drawing we require half to be paid up front.

• Houses and Buildings ($250 and up) - The price will vary depending on the complexity/difficulty level of the house or building.

• Portraits ($250 and up) - The price will vary depending on the number of
people in the drawing.

• Additional Options - Add a hint of color/Rush orders/Custom Framing.

If you are not satisfied with the drawing, you will be refunded.
